Terms of Service

1. Overview

Duran Learning (Anderson Duran Tutoring LLC, "we," "us," "our") operates ged.duranlearning.com, a web-based platform for preparing for the GED Mathematical Reasoning test. We offer two components:

• Online Course: skill practice, timed skill completions, checkpoints, and full-length practice tests.
• Classes and Recordings: live online math classes and their recordings.

Each component is sold on its own, and the two are also sold together. Buying one component does not grant access to the other. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

2. Plans & Billing

Each component, and the two together, are offered on three plans. Prices are shown on the pricing page and again on the checkout page before you buy.

• Monthly: a recurring subscription. You authorize us to charge your payment method on the date of purchase and on the same date each month until you cancel. It renews automatically.
• 3-Month Access: a one-time payment granting 90 days of access from the date of purchase. It does not renew.
• Lifetime Access: a one-time payment granting access that does not expire. It does not renew and will never be charged again.

The 3-Month and Lifetime plans are one-time purchases and will never be charged again. When a 3-Month access period ends, that component of your account reverts to the free tier. The exact amount, plan, and access period are shown on the checkout page and restated in your emailed receipt.

3. What's Included

A paid plan grants you full access to the component you purchased, for as long as that plan is active.

Online Course

• Practice on every skill of the official Mathematical Reasoning blueprint, with a written explanation for every question
• Timed skill completions on every skill
• A checkpoint for every part of the test
• Full-length practice tests in the real test's format and timing, each with a review
• Progress tracking across the whole course

Classes and Recordings

• Live online math classes for the GED Mathematical Reasoning test
• Recordings of those classes

4. Free Tier

Creating a free account gets you a real sample of the course at no cost: one free skill in each of the test's two content areas, and one free practice test each week with its review. The specific free content may change over time.

Free tier access does not expire but is limited in scope. Purchasing a paid plan unlocks the component you bought.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time by signing in at ged.duranlearning.com and going to your Account page. Cancellation is self-service and takes effect immediately, with no email or phone call required.

Upon cancellation, your access continues through the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancelling. Once the period ends, that component of your account reverts to the free tier.

The 3-Month and Lifetime plans are one-time purchases and so have nothing to cancel. They do not renew and will not charge you again.

6. No Refunds

All payments are non-refundable. This applies to monthly subscription payments and to the one-time 3-Month and Lifetime purchases alike.

For monthly subscriptions, it is your responsibility to cancel when you no longer need the service. We do not issue refunds for a subscription you forgot to cancel. We make cancelling as easy as we can: sign in, go to your Account page, and cancel in one click, at any time, with no email or phone call required.

For the 3-Month and Lifetime plans, you are purchasing access up front. That payment is non-refundable in full or in part, whether or not the access is used.

If you believe there has been an error with your billing, contact us at ged@duranlearning.com and we will review your case.

7. Failed Payments

If a monthly subscription payment fails, your access to that component is paused until the payment is completed. We will email you, and you can restore access immediately by updating your card from your Account page. If the payment is never completed, the subscription ends and that component reverts to the free tier. Paused access does not extend your billing period.

8. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Each account is for individual use only and may not be shared with others. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this policy.

9. Content Ownership

All course and class content, including practice questions, explanations, video, class recordings, study notes, and software, is the intellectual property of Anderson Duran Tutoring LLC. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your own test preparation. You may not copy, distribute, record, or reproduce any content.

10. Text Messages

Text messages are optional and governed by our Text Message Terms. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of creating an account or of any purchase.

11. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
